Mental Health Matters

All of our students from year 7- 13 were provided with a mental health awareness session recently as part of a programme called SAFE.

Organised via Medway Council and delivered by the charity IMAGO, ‘SAFE’ encourages students to see their mental health as being just as important as their physical health.

Older students were encouraged to volunteer to be Peer Mentors and will be trained to help younger students talk about their worries and to help them find ways to deal with stress.
