Welcome to Year 10

Welcome to Year 10 and Key stage 4! YOUR opportunity to choose what YOU want to study - and the subjects you choose to study for GCSE will influence what happens when you leave school, whether for further education, or the start of a career. GCSEs are a 2-year course and much of the work you complete, especially your coursework, will have a direct impact on the grade you get at the end of Year 11 and some of you will also have the opportunity to complete some of your GCSE's a year early.

You will be given the opportunity of a week's work experience to provide a taste of the realities of working life - and help you select an appropriate career path.

You'll be supported every step of the way! Out-of-school clubs; revision & homework clubs - a 'support team' of dedicated tutors committed to helping YOU be successful in this most challenging but important stage of YOUR school career.
