Key Stage 5
The 6th form allows students the opportunity to further pursue their interests and develop their ability in Science further in years 12 & 13. Three courses are currently offered post 16; GCE Applied Science, Chemistry and Biology. Each of these courses have been established for over two years and allows the students the opportunity to move into further education to support any future career pathways.
Lessons involve research and practicals and the assessment takes on a variety of forms, from portfolio, practical assessment and formal examinations.
