SCHOOL PITCHES (Football, Hockey, Rugby, Cricket etc)

Booking Charges

The basic rate will be as follows per PITCH:

• £32.00 per 2 hour session with use of changing rooms
• £38.00 per 2 hour session with use of changing rooms + hot showers
• £19.00 per 2 hour session without use of any indoor facilities
• (25% discount if more than one pitch is used on the same day)

School Field (for use of organizations for whole day events)

£150.00 (This will include access to toilets and water facilities and use of playgrounds for parking).

MUTLI-PLAY AREA (weekends) - (For use by organizations for tournaments)

• £42.00 per half day session
• £65.00 for whole day

• £13.00 for half day session
• £25.00 for whole day

MULTI-PLAY AREA (Evening use requiring floodlights)

Booking Charges - less than 6 sessions

• £22.00 for up to a 2 hour session
• £26.00 for up to a 3 hour session
• £32.00 for up to a 4 hour session

Booking Charges - 6 sessions or more

The basic rate will be as follows:

• £30.00 for whole session 6.30 - 9.30 pm
• £17.00 for up to a 1 hour session
• £20.00 for up to a 2 hour session

Use of multi-play area without floodlights deduct £2.00 per session

If changing rooms are required, please add £12.00 per session to the above costs.

DRAMA STUDIO/GYMNASIUM/MAIN HALL/CLASSROOM BLOCKS and use of changing and toilet facilities (without hot water)

Block Booking Charges - 6 sessions or more/regular customers

The basic rate will be as follows:

• £24.00 per hour for up to a 2 hour session
• £22.00 per hour for up to a 3 hour session
• £21.00 per hour for up to a 4 hour session

If hot water for showers is required an additional £5.00 per hour should be added to the above charges.

For weekend use an additional £4.00 per hour should be added to the above charges.

One-off Booking Charges
The basic rate will be as follows:

• £28.00 per hour for up to a 2 hour session
• £26.00 per hour for up to a 3 hour session
• £23.00 per hour for up to a 4 hour session

If hot water for showers is required an additional £5.00 per hour should be added to the above charges.

For weekend use an additional £4.00 per hour should be added to the above charges.

Whole Day Sessions (between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm weekend use)

• £150.00 for existing Block Booking Customers/Regular Customers
• £175.00 for any other Organisation

An additional £28.00 should be added to the above charges if hot showers or heating are required.

(The above represents the basic charges for the hire of facilities, however, some costs are negotiable for special cases).
